Terms & Conditions

• Custom orders are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund once the model design has been finalized and approved for 3D printing.
• The figurine is produced using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing technology. As a result, minor layer lines or surface variations may be visible on the finished product.
• Multi-color figurines are hand-painted. While we make every effort to accurately match the colors, markings, and appearance shown in the reference photos provided, slight variations may occur in the final product.
• The final figurine is a handcrafted and customized item. Minor differences from the uploaded images should be expected and are not considered defects.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these manufacturing and customization variations.
